Wade’s Mill

Wade’s Mill is Virginia’s oldest continuously operating commercial grist mill, stone-grinding grains since 1750. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the Virginia Landmarks Register, the family-owned mill produces premium, preservative-free, whole grain products using traditional stone-ground methods. Visitors are welcome to explore the historic mill and experience the craft and history of grist milling firsthand.
