Pasta Valiente

Valente Pasta is a family-owned, small-batch pasta company based in Charlottesville, VA. Founded in 1982 by Mary Frances Valente, the business began with handmade pasta sold at local farmers markets. Today, Mary Frances' daughter, Mary Ann Valente, leads the company, continuing the family tradition of crafting artisanal pasta using old-fashioned methods. Valente Pasta offers a wide range of flavors, including Basil Fettuccine, Lemon Pepper Linguine, and Mushroom Fettuccine, all made with non-GMO ingredients and air-dried for a fresh, homemade taste.
